Lisa is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and Aerobics Instructor, and an SCW Certified Nutritional Counselor. She has over 20 years of experience as a personal trainer, working with many different types of people and fitness levels. In addition to personal and small group training, Lisa is an instructor at several local gyms in Pennsylvania and teaches indoor cycling, sculpting, boxing, core and pilates.
While the eight week weight loss program offers dedicated personal attention, encompassing a complete exercise and nutritional program, individual and group personal training is also available.
