30 Day No Sugar Challenge
To Kick off 2019, I decided to run a 30 Day No Sugar Challenge. Over 30 people joined the group, and together we have been battling through all the symptoms of sugar withdrawal! Sugar, in many ways, is a drug, and poisonous to your body. I am definitely a sugar addict, and was so tired of being controlled by it, especially around the holidays. So we all started off on January 7th, and are still going strong in week 2!
Some of the things we have experienced in terms of sugar withdrawal are:
fatigue and weakness
extreme cravings
confusiom
headaches
muscle aches and pains
poor sleep
depression
weight loss
flu like symptoms
light headedness
Now before you decide you don’t want to go through that to give up sugar, fortunately they don’t last long! Taking in a lot of sugar has its own ramifications for your body that aren’t good! So it’s best to grit your teeth and get through a few days of sugar withdrawal to start reaping the benefits of a healthy body! Free from sugar!
