My daughter recently joined an Acro Yoga group. Acro short for acrobatic, she is doing all kinds of cool things. She came home excited to have me try some of the moves. Even though I am in Fitness, and a personal trainer, I still paused for a moment and thought, at age 55 can I do this? The answer: a resounding YES! And it was fun, although extremely challenging. Am I ready to join the circus? No! But I can do some things and it was fun to have a brand new challenge❤️😊
