Day 46

Ran 1.5 miles and did Pilates in the evening.  Sooooo important to stretch as well as work the core.  

I have to say the eating is going well.  I’m absolutely killin it lol.  And I am loving the fact that I can start to see the results.  More importantly, I feel fantastic, and the thought of sugar makes me slightly queasy.  Who would have thought!  

I am really determined to keep going next week as I travel to England.  I don’t want to lose this momentum.  I’ll bring some bands and keep my workout up!
