Day 49

I did a good weight training workout this morning.  I’m feeling like I’m achieving more strength and definition which I love.  Tomorrow will be a travel day to England again.  I plan on running, and I’m packing some resistance bands to make sure I get resistance training in.

It’s always necessary to have a plan when you travel.  Packing bands keeps your suitcases light, but allows you the versatility of getting some really good workouts in!
