Day 58

Back on track!!! Did weight training 2x this morning, then step class tonight.  Eating was fantastic, just picked up phase 2 from Fast Metabolism Diet.  So I feel fabulous and I had actually lost weight in England a little, as I had kept up with the eating and exercise.

So as you can see, it can be done!  You don’t have to let things completely go when you travel!  HAVE A PLAN!
