Day 60, 2 months down!

This morning I did a step class and will be teaching Pilates this evening.  I feel less tired, so that’s good.

I can’t believe it’s been 2 months since I started the Birthday Transformation Journey!  I am so happy I have done this, I can feel my body changing and I feel confident I will achieve my fitness goals by next May.  This routine has become a habit, and I feel like I’m missing something if I don’t keep up with it.  Now, it’s not even an option to not do this program.  It’s become part of my life and I feel great!
