Day 62

Did a 2 mile run with a good time for me, as I have been running slow lately.  Felt good!  Then I did some light resistance training with bands, and some core.  Had a protein shake and I feel like my day is off to a great start!  

Heading to the beach today for 2 weeks YAY!  Bringing bands and our bikes, so looking forward to some great workouts, and also a bike ride to Atlantic City.  Gonna tackle that huge bridge like a champ!
