Day 78

I did resistance training today.  I enjoyed using my weight room again after being away from it for 2 weeks.  Then, this evening I taught balletone.  I love it!  It’s not high intensity, but I sweated like crazy and felt so good!  Constant movement and some awesome training for my legs.

Today I tried my hand at juicing, using my Vita Mixer and it was fantastic.  Most people, including me, are not able to get the proper amount of vegetables in their diets.  It felt great to be able to do that so easily and it didn’t taste bad.  

I’ve been reading a lot this summer about natural healing techniques using nutrition to beat sickness and disease.  I find it so fascinating and I realize I have a real passion for this.  Here’s one of the books I am currently reading:

I am more determined than ever to age in a healthy way.  I love the sense of strength and health I currently experience, and want to continue.  I’m on a path that is bringing me a lot of satisfaction and I truly appreciate my body and it’s abilities.
