Day 80

This morning I did a resistance training workout, then in the evening I taught cardio resistance.  You might be wondering why I taught twice.  I had a client in the morning via online, so I always find it helpful to do the workout with them as well because it helps them to visualize what I am telling them to do.  I used lighter weights for each workout and it felt good.
