Day 83
Well that day of rest yesterday did me a world of good! I woke up, feeling ready to work out. I ran 2 miles then did a really intense weight workout with 25 lb weights. I felt really strong, and really really GOOD! I love feeling that way! It just goes to show, you can make strength gains, and feel strong at any age! In some ways, I feel better than I did in my 30’s. Although I am running a lot slower than I did in my 30’s, my overall health feels fantastic and for that I am so thankful.
