Day 85

Today I did a BOSU workout with a client.  A Bosu is a dome shaped piece of equipment with a flat bottom.  It’s an incredible workout for cardio, balance and strength.  I haven’t done a workout on it in a while, and it was great!  Then, in the evening, I did a circuit training workout.  

I had my juice this morning: I blended tomatoes, carrots, cucumber, kale, lemons, and limes.  It wasn’t the best but it didn’t taste bad.  I made enough to last a few days.  I drink a small glass every morning, in addition to my protein shake.  Great start to the day!
