Day 86

I did resistance training this morning, then taught a step and core class at night.  I LOVE step!  I know I’ve said that before but it’s my FAV!  

In addition, I’m loving the energy I feel from doing a protein shake and a small glass of fresh veggie juice every morning.  I’m so thankful that I wake up a majority of mornings feel Fabulous!  You can too!  Email me at lisa@ahealthyfit.net for tips on how you can feel better and stronger in just a few weeks time!
