Rest and Regroup

I took today to rest my body and rejuvenate my mind.  I always like to putter around in the kitchen on Sunday afternoons, and work on special recipes, and cooking.  I made homemade Butternut Squash soup today and it is delish!  Something about homemade soup in the fall makes me so happy!

It feels good to rest up and get ready for the week of working out.  I know I’ve said this before, but rest is so important; as important as working out is!
