Running feels like slogging in mud

For some reason today, my run was really tough.  I had to walk some, and run the rest.  I’m thinking it’s because of my super tough muscle workout last night and not enough rest in between.  Shame on me!  I know better.  Aren’t I always talking about rest days??  I will do better in the future.

I did a step class tonight though and did some plyo work…jumps and such.  It was tough, I sweated profusely, but I felt GREAT after!.
