Sore!

As I predicted I woke up to feeling sore, especially in my upper back muscles.  Soldiered on and taught an early toning class.  

As luck would have it, my evening step class was canceled, so I appreciated the rest as my muscles were really tightening up at the end of the day.  Made sure to stretch and get a hot shower and feeling better already.

Am really cutting out refined sugar and sticking to it.  It’s such a poison for the body and I don’t want it polluting my body anymore!
