Barre none

Worked with 2 clients this morning.  With my first client I did a resistance/cardio class and really worked up a sweat.  Solid workout for the muscles too.

With my second client I did a Barre class…lots of legwork and super light weights with a lot of repetitions.  I know my arms will feel it tomorrow!  Love Barre.  It always works my muscles in a different way that really leaves them fatigued.
