Easing back in

After a week of an acute sinus infection, lying on the couch and no workouts, I felt shaky as I was due to teach class.

I decided to do a Balletone workout, as it’s low impact and I knew it would be a great way to ease back into working out again.  Boy was this a good decision!  Not only was I able to do the workout,  I sweated out all the toxins, and I felt great afterwards, and didn’t have a coughing fit!
