Thursday combo rocks!

Step and Sculpt this morning.  Good muscle and cardio to start my day.  Pilates in the evening for a good stretch! 

I really feel it when I don’t stretch.  If I even go one day without a stretch my muscles feel so tight.  I want to retain my flexibility as I age, so I make sure to stretch as much as I can.  Pilates is a great class for that.  Try the class below:
