Weight training
Had the whole gym to myself this morning which was great! Was able to really focus and it was a fantastic workout.
I can see more definition and will be able to see more as I continue to slowly shed body fat. I like the feeling of being toned and having strength. So many women shy away from weight training. Using weights doesn’t mean you have to be “bulky”. It adds muscle to your body in the form of lean muscle mass: this in turn burns fat as you rest! Very important to build muscle as we age. If you don’t build muscle you will lose muscle mass each year and you will end up having your metabolism slow and sluggish. WE DON’T WANT THAT!
