Get up and go!
Gosh was it hard to get up this morning! UGH! I need warm weather! I can always get up easier with the nice hot weather. Oh well. I got up and taught my toning class. Immediately after, I am always happy that I got up and worked out.
In the evening, I taught step and that’s always a great workout. Love it!
