Monday morning Start

After my day of rest yesterday, I was ready for a day of workouts.

Started off with my own workout of heavy weight training upper body,  I knew that I was teaching a Butts and Gutts class in the evening, and since that focused on the lower body and core, I did an upper body workout,

Taught the Butts and Gutts in the evening and felt good.  I’m having to spend a lot of time sitting during the day, doing computer work for my travel business, so it’s more important than ever to stay moving and active.

Less than 2 months til my birthday, so I’m really going to hit the clean eating button hard now.
