Big challenge

Did a VERY TOUGH 1.5 run.  Felt like I was slogging thru mud the whole time.  Have I mentioned I HATE running??? So I do it because it really challenges me.  I am buckling under and and really focusing on get more distance and more endurance.  I find running helps my biking and tennis endurance.  So I need that!  I had taken the morning off, so it felt good to run later in the day, after sitting a lot during the day, taking care of my travel business.
