Day 79

This morning I taught a toning class then taught a step class in the evening.  I LOVE step and miss teaching it so much!  It defined my fitness training in the 90s.  It is such a fantastic workout and I’m always sweating so much!  Balletone does that as well.  I love coming up with Step choreography and it brings back so many great fitness memories for me.  Here’s a step workout for you to enjoy.
