Day 89

Did a 2 mile run and it felt great!  If you know me, you know I HATE running.  I make myself do it because it’s a challenge and it helps my endurance for cycling.   So, the fact that it felt good and was a little easier this morning is encouraging.

I’ve started a daily habit now:

I make a veggie juice in the blender and make enough for the week.  I have one small glass of veggie juice every morning after a workout.  Then after an hour, I make myself a protein shake with almond milk and collagen powder.  

I have really started to enjoy this morning routine, and it really sets up my day of eating really well.  I’ve noticed less cravings and it feels controlled.
