Day 92

Monday morning started off with kettlebell training.  I hadn’t done kettlebells in a while, so it was nice to do them for a change.  I felt like all my muscles were really worked well, and I worked up a sweat.  I also felt my core very much LOL.

In the evening I taught a Butts and Gutts workout, further working my core!  In addition, my legs and butt also got quite a workout!  I’m sure I’ll be feeling this workout one way or another.
