A Little Something Extra

Normally on Sundays, I take a rest.  But I decided to do a light weight training workout today.  Sometimes, I feel a bit draggy on Sunday, and it was too chilly for a bike ride.  So I went down to my studio, picked up some dumbbells and got to it!  After a half hour, I had renewed energy and was so glad I did the workout! 

Next time you feel sluggish, try doing a workout for 15 to 30 minutes, or go for a brisk walk.  You will find it makes a big difference on how the rest of your day goes!
