Consistency is key

Boy I really didn’t feel  like getting up this morning.  Having to teach a class is a good motivator, so up I went!  I felt good after class but some days I really need that extra push!  Being a personal trainer, I am great at motivating others, but I often need a push myself.  Taught toning in the morning and a step class at night.

Consistency is so important to achieve goals.  I am experiencing this right now on my Birthday Transformation 365 Journey.  Some days it would be so easy to give up and not do what I need to do.  I could find excuses just like everyone else.  But I keep my goals and the big picture in mind, and that keeps me going.  Without a goal, you DRIFT.  Drifting gets you no where fast!  Focus on your goals and stay steady.  Then you will achieve your goals and be successful
