Sneaking in a quick ride

Managed to get a quick bike ride in for an hour or so today which was awesome.  The weather was perfect for a ride, and it felt really good to be out in the fresh air.  Also felt really strong on the bike today, and the wind resistance wasn’t bad.  I love when I have rides like this.

Eating is going well, and watching my portion sizes which is really key.  I have really been focusing on stopping eating when I feel full and not pushing past that.  Also really focusing on strength training as well and building up my lean muscle mass.
