The week begins!

This morning I did my own weight training workout, then trained a client.

This evening, I taught Barre/Balletone.  Next to step, this is one of my favorite classes to teach.  I always get a really good workout with balletone, and feel like my whole body got a workout.  Eating wise, things are going well.  I’m really just trying to eat sensibly, watch my portion sizes and cut out sugar and alcohol.  Not really following the Fast Metabolism Diet right now, but will pick that up in the New Year.  

Consistency is the Key word!  And I am managing to stay very consistent each week, no matter what life throws my way!
