Tuesday Lineup

Toning this morning, and step in the evening.  By the time I hit Tuesday night, I’m usually fatigued, and especially so after the 12 Days of Christmas workout.  

Speaking of Christmas, I can’t believe it is almost here!  This week has been preparation week, and usually is stressful, but exercise really helps to keep me calm.  After a good workout, my endorphins are humming and I feel a renewed sense of energy and calmness, which allows me to get all the things done that I need to.
