Tuesday Dynamic Duo

Morning Toning class and evening Step and core always get my week kicked into full swing!

Eating wise, things going well although not seeing a lot of change.  I feel like my body has gone into plateau, so I am going to try to switch up calorie counts a little.  I’m going to reduce my calorie count slightly daily and see what happens.  Your body always tries to achieve homeostasis of sorts and gets used to whatever you throw at it fitness wise in time LOL.  So making little changes does help.  We will see what changes occur.
