Well at the resort and I managed to get a good 1.5 mile run in. Really felt great and I look forward to running more this week. The property is big and it has many cool jungle paths. Love it!

Well off to Mexico today, so here I sit in the airport. I'm looking forward to being in warmth, where I can run outside! I will work hard to maintain good eating and my workouts. I'll be reporting in every day!
