Cardio resistance tonight. Been very busy with the travel business and it has been stressful. Many times I have been poised to reach for sugar or even chocolate, but I am so resolute to stay strong, I have not given in. And that makes me feel very strong and happy!!

The killer combo of toning in the morning and step at night. New step combo went really well. I can really see more definition since I've gone off sugar. My skin looks so much better as well. Sugar is poison!

Did a good resistance workout on my own to start the day. Then finished with a tough HIIT class at night. Week 2 of no sugar and alcohol commences, and I feel GREAT! I love the way my body feels when I really get clean with my eating.

Rest day as I watched the Eagles move on to the superbowl in a couple of weeks! WOOHOOO!!! I didn't have alcohol or sugar today and I consider that a victory as well! On to week 2 of the Fast Metabolism diet! Killing it!!! Feeling good!

Did a cardio resistance workout with a client, and really got some cardio in with it. Tubing and weights really got the job done! I've gone a week without refined sugar and my body is thanking me for it! I have added energy, sleeping better and just feel good!

Light workout this morning with a 1.5 mile run on the treadmill. Can't wait til I can run outside again. Treadmill is so boring for me! Even with my music. Took off a day from resistance training, will hit that tomorrow.

Step and Sculpt this morning, great sweaty workout. Then to finish up a tough week of workouts, Pilates stretch, always such a good ending. I really needed the stretch and core, and it felt good for my body. It's so important to get a good, solid time of stretching...

Took the morning off, and watched grandkids today! So much fun, keeps me hopping! Cardio resistance tonight, with a focus on the whole body. Great workout.
