Boy it was hard to get up this morning! But so worth it as the toning class was great. I can't wait for daylight to return at an earlier time in the morning it makes it so much easier. Then a great step class in the evening once again. Love it!

It feels great to be back on schedule! This morning I taught toning, and in the evening a great step class. I'm loving the choreography for this step right now. I feel great tonight as I am back in the routine.

1 mile run in the morning, just to get the body moving. Then Butts and Gutts at night. Boy am I gonna be sore! Tough class and my butt already feels it! Great class!

Well didn't work out today as I had my 3 month old granddaughter overnight! She did great and YaYa wasn't too tired from watching baby. Such a blessing! Back on track workout wise this coming week, with some skiing added in at the end of the week.
