Day 244
Feels good to be in my own home gym again, back on schedule. Taught a Balletone class and did some really good legs with it. Sweated and felt like I am back on track.
Day 243
Flying home, no time for a workout. Looking forward to getting back on track! Walked a lot today, so it was good...actually worked up a sweat walking today.
Day 242
Got another weight training in early morning and it felt great. Great to take advantage of the machines again. Also got my handstand practice in!
Day 240 and 241
No workouts Tuesday and Wednesday...too busy...however doing A TON of walking. From the hotel to the conference and back is at least a mile or so...walking to the theme parks in the evening is well over a mile each way. Eating is minimal so maintaining is easy.

Well I got my tired body up at 6:15 and snuck a weight training workout in before my all day sitting in seminar day! And it was nice to have access to machines and do a different type of workout! So glad I got up and I really plan to workout everyday while here. It...

Today was a sitting on the plane day UGH. But I know I will have access to a nice gym at the hotel where I will be staying so I can put up with this for today!
Day 237
Today I did an intensive weight training workout. Tomorrow I am away in Orlando for training for the travel business, so I got in some strength training in case I don't have much time to workout. I hope to get in some workouts at the hotel gym. We shall see!
Day 236
This morning I ran 1.6 miles on the treadmill, and called it a day. I knew I would be watching my infant granddaughter for a few hours, then my three active grandsons overnight. That's enough exercise LOL!
