Did a great workout with my daughter today!  We did a workout with resistance bands and really targeted all the muscles.  It was tough!  Then I used a gadget to work the quads and hamstrings.  Added some swiss ball core and it was a tough, great workout!

Winter is in full gear, and I wanted to get a run in, so I ran 1.5 miles on the treadmill then did an upper body workout.  Good start to the day.  In the evening taught a really tough Butts and Gutts class.
