Day 209
Was due for some decent cardio, and did a 2 mile run. Since it is FREEZING outside I ran on the treadmill. Was a GREAT cardio workout and I feel really pumped now! Having a protein shake for my afterworkout meal, and all is good! Now off to do Christmas...
