Did weight training with heavy weights in the morning. Then it was a day of travel to Florida. On Friday, I will be boarding the Scarlet Lady which is a Virgin Voyages cruise ship with state of the art gym and classes. Very excited!!!
Day 345
Babysat today so lot's of running around. Then step class in the evening which felt good. I put in some high intensity bursts as well so I got a great workout.

Did another TRX workout(slightly addicted now lol) and then strength training in the evening. Muscles felt really worked!
