Day 168
Today I took time to rest again. I've been running around, helping with the new baby and also spending time with my 3 grandsons. I love family time, and yesterday and today was wonderful. Back on track tomorrow!

This morning was a sculpting class and it was tough! Could really feel the muscles working on this one! I love the feeling of isolating a muscle and really feeling it become fatigued. Been focusing on weight training and can see a difference in my arms.
