Day 125
This morning was tough to get out of bed. I've noticed it is darker in the morning, and that makes it harder for me to wake up. But I got a 1.5 mile run done and then did resistance training with a client. So that felt like I accomplished something! I hope tomorrow...
Day 124
Well I woke up tired and so glad that this was going to be a REST day! I had to leave in the morning to attend a Travel seminar in Philadelphia. So it was good that I had planned to rest. As usual, my body tells me when it is time to rest. And I listen! Next week...
Day 123
I taught Step and Sculpt this morning then pilates at night. It felt good to stretch, as by this point in the week my body is tired and needs a good stretch. Tomorrow will be a day of rest as I need to attend a Travel seminar in Philly, so that works out well.
Day 122

This morning was resistance training, and then taught HIIT in the evening. Felt good to work out after taking yesterday off. Hope to get another good bike ride in this week. Rainy day today, so it was good to work out.

Day 118
Resistance training today. I did a light workout, and didn't overdo it. Beautiful day and I took a drive to visit a friend. Felt good to get out and enjoy the day!
Day 117
I went on a 15 mile bike ride on an absolutely gorgeous day today! Weather was perfect and the ride felt awesome. Saw a lot of deer although I wasn't able to get a picture. However, I was able to get the below pictures:
