Took today off to rest my body. Enjoyed relaxing and running some errands. I like the day to rest up for the week that is to come!

TRX training again...great muscle burn. Although I have to say my triceps didn't scream as much this time. LOL Always interesting to see which of my muscles will complain the most. Tomorrow will definitely be a rest day and I'm looking forward to that!

Today was a rest day. Went into Philly to visit my son and daughter in law. We went out for brunch to celebrate their upcoming birthdays. Fun day! Ready to start my week!
