Took a break this morning again, as I had my grandson coming over early morning.  Always a fun, active day with grandchildren; I love it! In the evening I taught Cardio resistance which is a great combo of exercisers.  Great end to a great day!

Had a great 20 mile ride on a sunny, albeit chilly day.  Was windy, so the wind resistance really factored in.  Took my time and had a really nice ride.  Rode with friends which made it extra fun!
