Day 290

On the last day of our trip in Mexico we did a bike ride with our group.  It was an easy, fun ride and a great way to end our trip. Will miss mexico and the sunshine!!

Day 284-290

Back to the resort and my daily routine of running 1.5-2 miles and weight training.  I make sure to do something every day, with the exception of today, when I was too busy.  Tomorrow I will do a bike ride around the resort as part of our group, then it's HOMEWARD...

Ran a mile in the morning then I taught a resistance class in the evening!  Felt so good! I ran a mile this morning then had the pleasure of teaching cardio resistance tonight to my membership! Felt so good and it was great to see my girls! Eating has been better. ...

I wasn't able to work out today as I had guests staying with me.  That's ok, I ended up walking miles LOL....I had to go pick up my wash at a nearby Levanderia (laundromat) and went the wrong way!  Ended up walking at least 2 miles...Took a taxi on the way back!...

Day 280

Beautiful morning on my rooftop terrace today for a workout!  LOVE IT! I did a band workout, focusing on moving between lower and upper body exercises.  Around 20 reps of each, 3x thru.  Felt the arms this morning! Finished with a killer core workout and my stomach...

Day 279

Well today is a day of rest as I'm traveling to my condo and leaving Valentin until next week.  I am glad to have this rest day as I've worked out every day while I've been at the resort.  I can feel my body needs it, so it will get it! Looking forward to working out...

Had the whole gym to myself this morning which was great!  Was able to really focus and it was a fantastic workout. I can see more definition and will be able to see more as I continue to slowly shed body fat.  I like the feeling of being toned and having strength. ...

Another weight training day!  Feeling my strength increasing is awesome. Fell a bit with the churro cart! LOL it's the devil!  But tomorrow I will redouble my efforts to stay away from sugar. Feeling really good though!
