Lisa is your personal Weight Loss Instructor, Nutritional Counselor, and Fitness Trainer!  Unlike other Personal Trainers who use a “one size fits all” approach when it comes to losing weight, Lisa understands the need to have a weight loss program customized to suit your body type and lifestyle.

That’s why lisa developed an eight-week weight loss program that combines education with counseling and motivational activities.

Through one-on-one consultations, Lisa can help you tackle your weight loss challenges and develop new habits for a healthier lifestyle.

Designed for those that do not like the typical Fitness Club atmosphere, with AHealthyFit, you can start anywhere and begin achieving results immediately!  If getting fit and having a personalized weight training and cardio program is your goal… Lisa can design a program that fits into your busy schedule.   Combine the right nutritional counseling and exercise schedule and see results quickly!

 

A Healthy Fit 8-Week Weight Loss PROGRAM offers THE FOLLOWING:

  • Customized eating plan designed to suit your dietary needs and lifestyle
  • Customized exercise plan with personal training sessions
  • Nutritional information via emails and healthy recipes
  • Nutrition / Exercise journal
  • Member support / telephone consultations or Skype session if not from the USA
  • Skype nutritional session – one on one via internet video, live!

Personal Training

Once a self-proclaimed “exercise hater,” Lisa understands the need for a program that is flexible and accommodates your busy schedule. Lisa offers two options for your personal training sessions, making it easy to schedule your workouts.

PILATES

Do you want to make your core stronger and really stretch all your muscles?  Whether it’s on a Pilates Reformer machine or doing mat Pilates exercises, you can make your abdominal and back muscles stronger than they have ever been.
