Once a self-proclaimed “exercise hater,” Lisa understands the need for a program that is flexible and accommodates your busy schedule. Lisa offers two options for your personal training sessions, making it easy to schedule your workouts. Your choices include scheduling sessions with Lisa at her personal training studio, or from the comfort of your own home with sessions via Skype. Personal or Group sessions are available.

  • Specially Designed Weight Training and Cardio Program
  • High Intensity Interval Training – activities designed to produce short bursts of High Energy
  • Circuit Training – different stations set up to work different muscle groups
  • Bootcamp & Outdoor Training – different exercises done in an outside setting
  • Virtual training…. Skype or Facetime training sessions if you aren’t in the Lansdale area
