Took today off and went into Philadelphia to have tea with my daughters and daughter in law.  Very nice day!

I did a 30 minute TRX training today and it was great!  Cardio and muscle workout all in one shot!  Fantastic! I also had the energy to clean my entire house and now will do some computer work.   Next Wednesday we leave for Florida and Friday we board the Virgin...

So happy Friday is here and it's a nice sunny day! I actually ran 1.5 while my granddaughter napped, then sat outside in the warmth and sunshine to catch some rays.  Love this time of year! At night, my grandsons and daughter came over along with my son and daughter...

Started out my day with step and sculpt.  Great workout, and then had a day of feeling energetic.  Love this feeling!   The weather is finally great, sunny and warm, so that makes me want to be outside working out.  I plan on running tomorrow morning before I babysit...

Rest this morning as my muscles are complaining LOL!  Actually did foam rolling for my fascia and muscles and that felt really good and helped a lot. This evening taught Cardio Resistance and it was a good workout.  Since I've been back on the vitamins and eating...

Day 338

Toning in the morning, then 2 and 1/2 hours of tennis (whew) and circuit training in the evening.  Really a day of workouts!!!  I'm gonna feel this tomorrow for sure!

Day 337

Heavy weights in the morning then circuit in the evening.  Felt those muscles! Eating going well...eating much cleaner, so I can feel a difference. Started back on all my vitamins as my energy levels weren't what I wanted them to be.  I am starting to feel better...

1.5 mile run and it felt so much better!!! I was so happy and finally felt like a success and much stronger.  My time is slow LOL but I will get better and run longer distances.  WOHOOO!!! DON'T GIVE UP!

Did some circuit work with stations set up with clients.  Forgot what a great workout this is!  Resistance and cardio, intermixed together, makes for a great workout!  Glad I did it and I felt strong.

Another tough 1 mile run!! What is up??  I am so frustrated with myself, because I've done better...did better in February!   Times like this, you just have to let it roll off, forget about it and try again another time.  For some reason, my body feels...
