Day 18

Sometimes it feels as thought the process of reaching my fitness goals is so slow!  Almost like slogging through mud or being mired in quicksand.  It can feel like I’m moving backwards!  It’s so discouraging.  Today was one of those days for some reason.  I felt defeated.  I almost skipped working out this morning as I woke up feeling down.  I forced myself to get up and get moving.  I’m so glad I did.  The dreary weather really affected my mood.  I will persevere as i know feelings are just temporary.

Today I ran/walked 1.5 miles, then taught Pilates Stretch in the evening.
