Do Something new!

Today was kind of a rest day, although I did  teach a great kickboxing circuit in the morning.  Kickboxing is a great challenge, both for cardio, and also for footwork, agility and eye/hand coordination.  I LOVE it!  It also gives you such a sense of strength and power and that is exhilarating as a woman.  Don’t shy away from new fitness challenges, you might just find you love it!
