Rest is good

Took another day of rest today as I was feeling a bit tired.  Sat on the couch and watched Christmas movies LOL.  Ever feel like you need a mental health day?  Even though exercise helps my mood immensely and keeps me on an even keel emotionally speaking, sometimes you just need to veg on the couch.  I caught up with my knitting and really enjoyed my time “doing nothing”.  I’ll be more than ready to start my week off strong!
